1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

United States: Standard shipping time is 5 to 14 days from the date your item is shipped.

Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand: Standard shipping time is 5 to 12 days from the date your item is shipped.

Everywhere Else: Standard shipping time is 10 to 17 days from the date your item is shipped.
Delivery times may vary based on your location.
* Please note: Deliveries may take longer due to various different reasons outside our control. Such as country restrictions and custom clearance delays. We suggest you allow up to 30 days.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Arveilo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible for the secondary shipping charge.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our website or the carrier's tracking system.
6. Customs and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs and import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any additional fees that may apply. Please check your local customs website for more information.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Arveilo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have concerns about the security of your delivery location, we recommend using an address where someone will be available to receive the package.
