Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. It's located above the add to cart button on the specific product.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed and shipping, we may not be able to cancel it. Please email us via contact@arveilo.com, and we'll handle your case.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track your order. Alternatively, you can visit our 'Track Your Order' page on our website.

What should I do if I have not received my order or shipping confirmation email?

Very often, our emails end up directly in the spam folder. You automatically receive an order confirmation email as soon as the payment is validated. However, if you're facing difficulties, contact us at contact@arveilo.com, and we'll assist you.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours with free shipping. Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 days in the U.S., 5 to 12 days to the U.K., EU, and Australia, and 7 to 14 days everywhere else. For questions, email us at contact@arveilo.com.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world and provide free shipping!

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item for an exchange or a refund.
